BMW Concept X7 previews the biggest, fanciest BMW crossover ever

The BMW Concept X7 iPerformance, like the 8 Series and Z4 concepts before it, gives us an early look at future additions to BMW’s lineup.

Rumors have swirled for years about BMW’s intent to build a three-row crossover larger than the current X5.

The “iPerformance” part of its name signals that it’s a plug-in hybrid.

BMW didn’t really give out many details on the powertrain, which is fine, because we should all be paying attention to how crazy this thing looks.
